What we deliver

From obligation to advantage.

Through our cooperation with the law firm Schönberger & Dielmann we also cover IT law, competition law, IP law, contract law and litigation.

  • Data protection consulting plus legal representation
  • IT law, competition law, contract law
  • Out-of-court and court representation
  • One point of contact for all digital legal questions
  • A well-established collaboration under one roof

How we work

Three steps to your goal.

  1. Step 01

    Scoping

You describe the matter: an IT contract dispute, a trademark question, a competition-law issue. We clarify whether data protection, IT law or both are needed.

  2. Step 02

    Engagement intake

For pure data protection needs, datenschutz frankfurt takes over. Where legal representation is involved, Schönberger & Dielmann joins through the established cooperation.

  3. Step 03

    Integrated handling

One client invoice, one point of contact, a coordinated strategy. Out of court and in court.

Through our cooperation with the law firm Schönberger & Dielmann we cover adjacent areas of law seamlessly, without you having to look for a law firm. Both firms are based in the Rhine-Main region and work from a single source for clients in Frankfurt am Main, from the Rhine-Main region and across Germany.

Where data protection borders on law

  • Warning notices and competition law
  • IT and contract law (DPAs, licences, SaaS contracts)
  • Copyright and media law
  • Employment-law aspects of employee data protection
  • Out-of-court and court representation

Your advantages

Data protection consulting and legal representation mesh together, well-rehearsed and without friction. A single point of contact for all digital legal questions saves time, coordination and cost.
